WHAT WE DO

You don't need more software. You need the software you have to talk to each other.

Most small businesses are already paying for six or seven tools. An inbox. A spreadsheet. Job sheets. Xero. A roster. A group chat. Each one works. None of them talk.

So a person sits in the middle, retyping. Copying the job into the invoice. Checking who is on tomorrow. Chasing the money. That person is usually the owner, and usually at night.

We build the middle. It goes from a single agent that does one job, up to a system of your own that runs the lot.

What joining it up looks like

Nothing here gets replaced. It gets connected.

One agent, built around you

A short piece of work

One job, done properly, set up for your business rather than out of a box. Invoicing, quoting, or job scheduling. It learns your rates, your regulars and the way you word things, then drafts work you check and send.

Download the free pack and get started yourself, or we can set it up for you.

02

A few, talking to each other

A few weeks

Where it starts to pay. The quote you sent becomes the job on the schedule. The finished job becomes the invoice. Nothing gets typed twice, and nothing falls down the gap between two apps.

We do this with you over a few sessions, using the tools you already have.

03

Your own system

A proper build

One system that runs the work end to end, from the first enquiry to the invoice, with everything on the same record. It reads what comes in, applies the rules you set, and puts the work in front of you ready to go.

Built around how you already run, whatever the work is. You own it at the end.

Our work

One example, built around how a services business already ran. Every build is different, because it is shaped around your work rather than ours. This one joined quotes, dispatch, rostering, timesheets, invoicing and the numbers onto a single record.

Shown with demo data. The customers and crew below are made up.

One system, one job record. Website enquiries, phone and email, and repeat customers all feed one CRM record, which connects quoting, rostering, vehicle tracking, reporting, dispatch, the crew mobile app, automated email and SMS, and invoicing.
A job board with columns for unassigned work and for each vehicle, showing customer, job type, date, address and value.
Dispatch. Every job by vehicle and by day. Unassigned work sits in the first column where it cannot be forgotten.
A weekly roster grid of staff against days, showing which vehicle each person is on, plus days off and unavailability.
Roster. Who is on, which vehicle, and what they actually worked. Leave sits in the same grid, so you cannot roster over it.
An invoice board with columns for jobs needing information, completed jobs ready to bill, a queue for the bot, and invoiced work.
Invoicing. Finished jobs queue up to be billed, built from the hours and the job itself. The first column is the money you would otherwise lose.
A reporting screen with revenue by month, revenue by job type, revenue per crew hour, gross margin, vehicle utilisation and top customers.
The numbers. Revenue per crew hour, margin, vehicle use and who is booking the work. Live, because it comes off the same records.

How we work

  • We never touch your bank. It can read and it can draft. It cannot move money.
  • We start with the one thing that hurts most, not with a twelve month plan.
  • We build on the tools you already pay for. New software is the last resort, not the first.
  • It asks rather than guesses. An invented number is worse than a question, every time.

The cheapest way to find out

Take the invoicing pack. It is free, and it takes about ten minutes to set up.

OR TELL US WHAT HURTS

What is the job you keep doing at nine at night?

Tell us that and we will tell you straight whether it is worth building, and roughly what it would take. If the answer is that you should just use the free pack, we will say so.
